Refund and Returns Policy

We at Kiddy Kinetics LLC are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item subject to bank processing. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit note. 

Exchanges:

  • If your product has manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery , we will replace it free of charge.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at hello@kiddykinetics.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item back to Kiddy Kinetics LLC following our return instructions.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
